Representatives from Turner Industries of Baton Rouge, which is “Partners-In-Industry” with the welding class at the Eunice Career & Technical Education Center (ECTEC), spoke to the welding students recently on career opportunities. The welding class also received donated welding supplies from the company. The donated supplies included wire brushes, chipping hammers, face shields, and shield replacements. Turner Industries is ranked the largest overall contractor in Louisiana and the number one industrial maintenance contractor in the country.
