Visitation for Leola Marie Poullard, 75, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bishop Ceaser Center (St. Mathilda). A Rosary will be prayed at 9:00 AM. Arrangements are under direction of Frank Brothers.
Funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM at St. Mathilda Catholic Church in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Mathilda Catholic Church Cemetery with Rev. Darren J. Eldridge officiating.
Ms. Poullard passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 11:33 AM at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice.
Survivors include: three sons, Robert Poullard, Jr. of Houston, Ray Allen Poullard of Eunice, and Ronald Poullard of Humble, TX; two daughters, Jo Anna Jack of Dayton, TX, and Debra Hardy of Eunice; two brothers, Joe Fontenot and Jeffrey Fontenot, both of Eunice; and one sister, Shirley Dupre of Baton Rouge; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Hosea and Evia Fontenot and one brother, Irvin Fontenot.
Pallbearers will be: Ernest Jack, Jr., Tramaine Poullard, Donnell Fontenot, Jeffrey Fontenot, Jr., Wayne Kibodeaux, and Shawn Hardy.
