James and Judith Hayden of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Hayden, to Adison Kendall Cormier, son of Kenneth and Kimberly Cormier of Jennings.

Miss Hayden is the granddaughter of Gertie Manuel of Basile, the late Elden Manuel, and the late Marie Landry and Gervis Hayden.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Eunice High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

Mr. Cormier is the grandson of the late Lionel and Rose Cormier, Elaine Babineaux of Jennings, and the late Curris Babineaux.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Jennings High School and Louisiana Technical College in Lafayette where he earned a degree in Drafting and Design. He is employed at Team Industrial Services in Lafayette.

The couple will exchange wedding vows during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, July 9 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Eunice.
