EUNICE ~ Visitation will be from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, Saturday, April 28, 2012 with funeral services following at 9:00 am, both at Frank Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice for Ms. Rose “Poochie’’ Marie Malveaux, with interment following at Saint Matthews Cemetery in Ville Platte.

Ms. Malveaux, 58, died at 7:25 pm, Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice.

Surviving Ms. Malveaux are two sons, Gary Malveaux of Opelousas, and Laythan Malveaux of Eunice; one daughter, Candie Malveaux of Eunice; her mother, Hazel Malveaux; and one brother, Clarence Malveaux, Sr. of Lake Charles.

Ms. Malveaux was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Clarence Malveaux, Sr.; one sister, Ms. Linda Malveaux; and one brother, Mr. Rogers Malveaux.

Pallbearers will be: Mr. Gary Malveaux, Mr. Laythan Malveaux, Mr. Jamacan Malveaux, Mr. Clarence Malveaux, Jr., Mr. Laython Frank, and Mr. Charles Williams.
