Main Street Coordinator Joan McManus announced during Monday's Main-to-Main Committee meeting that the St. Landry Parish Silver Belles dance team, gold medal winners in the 2010 Louisiana Senior Olympics, will perform outside City Hall on Nov. 13 at 11:45 a.m.

McManus said that anyone wishing to set up an arts and crafts, food or collectibles booth should contact her at City Hall at 457-6503 or drop by and pick up an application. Booth fees are $10 per day.

Elvonia Reed, founder of the Eunice Nutcracker Museum, said the museum now has miniature and full-size nutcrackers for sale to museum visitors.

The Eunice Downtown Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, Nov. 13 only, beginning at 7 a.m. The Eunice Farmer’s Market will open at 8 a.m. on that day only. Dr. Sanford Wood said that space is still available for the garage sale, and anyone interested should contact his wife Pam Wood at 457-0607 any time after noon. The fee for a garage sale spot is also $10.
