EUNICE ~ Icelynn Claire Sittig died on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge. She was born May 29, 2012.

A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Survivors include her mother, Chassity Sittig of Eunice; her father, Paul Thomas of Opelousas; her sister, DaShae Davis of Eunice; her brother, Kobe Thomas of Opelousas; grandparents, Judy and Ronald Sittig of Eunice, Theresa and Mark Auzenne of Lawtell and L.J. Thomas of Opelousas; her great-grandmother, Mary Jane Blanchard of Eunice; her aunts and uncles, Clint and Tammy Sittig, Donnie and Tyler Sittig, Ronald Jr. and Tabitha Sittig, all of Eunice; her godfather and uncle, Demetric Thomas and Tessa Nolen of Eunice, Bridgette Thomas Bell of Lake Charles and Tonya and Will Jones of Arlington, Texas; her godmother, Emily Sittig.

Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Friday, July 27 from 10:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm Friday evening.
