Court records indicate that Judge James Doherty, Jr., who recalled the warrant in early June, reinstated it after a July 5 hearing. The record does not include any reasons articulated by the judge.
White was charged on June 11 with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, distribution of crack cocaine and violation of the Uniform CDS Law (drug-free zone).
As a consequence, his $20,000 bond was revoked in a July 2010 case charging him with simple assault, simple battery, false imprisonment, disturbing the peace, criminal damage to property, unauthorized entry, aggravating battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting an officer and simple escape.
A condition of that bond was that White engage in no criminal activity.
In between the two cases White was arrested in two other drug investigations -- on June 10, 2011 and Dec. 19, 2011.
An arrest is not proof of criminal activity. Until proven, it is only suspicion and allegation.
