Theresa Corbello called the roll of members, 15 ladies were present. Yvonne Perrodin opened the meeting with prayer. Jeanette Landreneau gave the treasurer’s report.
The Pink Ladies awarded four scholarships to outstanding young ladies. They included Lacey Lafleur and Carolyn Braman. These were awarded by Vice President Yvonne Perrodin.
Other recipients of scholarships, but not present, were Lessie Darbonne and Nicole Gaspard, who are both Rad-Tech students at LSUE.
Alma Ortego was named Pink Lady of the Month.
The ladies enjoyed a meal together at the conclusion of the meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 1.
