This week’s Student of the Week is Pierre DeRouen, a seventh-grade student from St. Edmund Junior High School. His parents are Karl and Haidee DeRouen. If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in Europe because it’s beautiful.
What would you want to leave home on your trip across the world, I-Pod, computer or cell phone?
Cell phone.
If you could wish for a profession, what would it be and why?
A graphics designer because it seems fun.
What is the one food you could eat seven days a week? Crawfish.
What is the one food you could never eat? Eggs.
If there was one thing I could change about myself, it would be? My shoes.
What was the last movie you went to see? Would you recommend it? “Avatar,” it was really good. Yes, I would recommend it.
Who is the person who has had the most influence on you so far? My dad.
Who would you rather meet: the pope, the president, Kobe Bryant or a Jonas Brother? the Pope.
What is the one thing you would like changed at your school? The bullies.
What is your best school memory? When I won academic awards in sixth-grade.
